Our new, state-of-the-art presentation hall boasts 15 ft high ceilings, three drop-down projection screens, and sleek Terrazzo flooring. This space is suited for a wide variety of occasions, spanning from corporate holiday parties and speaker series to weddings and other social gatherings.
Newly renovated and provides tenants with several shared space options to host small meetings, large trainings, company-wide town halls and even holiday parties. The conference center includes: A/V equipment, private catering kitchen, business center and restrooms.
Featuring a wide selection of treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes, weights and floor exercise space exclusively for our tenants. Locker rooms include showers and campus-supplied towels, allowing you to get in a quick and accessible lunchtime workout.

Developed in the late 1960s by IBM as its North American Research and Development facility, Boca Raton Innovation Campus is home to the invention of the first personal computer and other revolutionary inventions. The office park is touted for its iconic Marcel Breuer architecture and innovative infrastructure, including the ability to withstand a Category 5 hurricane. The office park has been transformed since CP Group acquired the property in 2018.
The largest office complex in the state of Florida, BRiC consists of three interconnected facilities located on 123-acres of beautifully maintained land with a lake situated in the center of the property, offering supreme office views and walking paths.
CP Group acquired BRiC in 2018 with the vision of building off its innovative past and evolving the campus into the premier technology and life sciences hub in the Southeast and the most amenitized multi-tenant office park in the country.
