Fitzsimons' diverse background bridging Architecture, Urban Planning, Interior Planning, Sustainable + Wellness Consulting as well as Design Strategy and Education, combine to deliver dynamic places to live, work, learn and thrive.

After holding Design and Sustainability leadership positions at two of the world's largest Architectural firms, Margaret launched her own practice in 2008 to continue to dedicate her life's work to improving the built environment through high performance design and strategy. Her hands-on, collaborative approach from initial visioning, conceptualization and research, through the design and construction process has been instrumental in maximizing owner's real estate assets and delivering projects that thoughtfully engage the users and exceed client expectations.

Margaret partnered in fostering internal Sustainability teams at all previous companies. She is currently the Chair of the Sustainability Advisory Board appointed by the City of Boca Raton, FL, collaborates on Sustainable/Resiliency issues between coastal cities within the region, and is a Climate Reality Leader for The Climate Reality Project. In addition, she has contributed volunteer efforts in Design, Sustainability and Wellness for local, national, and international communities & organizations. She has held positions with AIA Committee on the Environment, IIDA, ASID, and the US Green Building Council. She is a LEED accredited professional with USGBC, a WELL accredited professional with the International WELL Building Institute, and was appointed to both the USGBC and WELL Faculty programs, rounding out a complete approach to the design of built environments.

Margaret received a Masters of Architecture from the University of Southern California, with a focus in Sustainable Architecture + Planning, and a dual degree in Historic Preservation. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the University of Georgia, and completed Architectural Studies focused in Vernacular Architecture in Rome, Florence and Cortona, Italy.

Dan Freed is a Regional Office Lead in CallisonRTKL’s Miami office and is known for his contemporary design aesthetic, attention to detail and collaborative approach to leadership, design and project management. His diverse experience encompasses new construction, renovation, expansion, and planning of complex large-scale hospitality, retail, entertainment, office and mixed-use projects. Dan’s thirty-three-year career at CallisonRTKL has provided him with extensive overseas experience in the Middle East, Asia and Latin America, where he is currently working on a number of high-profile, mixed-use developments.

Susan Gillis is the long-time curator of the Boca Raton Historical Society & Museum with over 45 years of experience in the museum field. In this capacity she oversees an extensive collection of IBM memorabilia including vintage IBM PC computers associated with IBM Boca Raton, former occupant of the BRIC site. She is the author of seven books on local history and her 2004 book, Fort Lauderdale: The Venice of America, was recognized with an Award of Merit by the American Association for State and Local History. She has acted as curatorial consultant and advisor to many historical museums and agencies in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Irvin Michael Lippman is Executive Director of the Boca Raton Museum of Art, a position he has held since 2014. He received his BFA from the University of Denver, and an MA in Art History from the University of Texas at Austin. His more than four-decade museum career began in the Education Department at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. (1975-1983). He went on to be the Public Affairs Manager and then Assistant Director of the Amon Carter Museum of American Art in Fort Worth, Texas (1984-1994). In 1994 he became the Executive Director of the Columbus (Ohio) Museum of Art (until 2002); and in 2003, he was appointed Executive Director of the Museum of Art, Fort Lauderdale (retiring in 2012), after which he returned to live in his native Texas. He came out of retirement for what was going to be a short-term interim position in Boca Raton that has turned into an enjoyable, fulfilling and surprisingly creative capstone to his career. He was honored in 2015 by the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County as Outstanding Cultural Leader. He chaired the inaugural Boca Raton Art in Public Places Board (2017-2020) and is a member of the Association of Art Museum Directors (1994 to present).
Lippman is married to William J. Harkins and together they live near the ocean in Boca Raton.

Mr. Martinez serves as Chairman and CEO of the SIVOTEC family of companies; high innovation enterprises at the intersection of Sports, Health, Technology, and Big Data Analytics. An international entrepreneur, he has led numerous high impact initiatives in the areas of high technology, business consulting, healthcare, and education.

During his 32-year tenure with IBM, Martinez, Vice President of Global Business Services and the Senior Location Executive for IBM South Florida, led a 1,700-person organization composed of consultants, hardware and software developers, industry specialists and sales leaders. He led projects in the areas of advanced research, supercomputing and information-based medicine. In 2003, Martinez led the formation of IBM's largest Business Transformation Multi-Client Center now a multi-billion dollar outsourcing business. Previously, he led the formation of Business Consulting and System Integration Services in Latin America a 2000 person, 17 countries, $1 billion business. He was also the founding executive of IBM's e-business Strategy Consulting and Consulting Profession Leader for the Americas. Martinez also led the creation of the IBM University Consortium 'LA Grid' (Latin America Grid) and the advanced pandemic global research initiative 'Project Checkmate' in partnership with The Scripps Research Institute. Among other career highlights, Martinez was part of the original IBM Personal Computer team and one of the founders of IBM’s Internet Division and eBusiness Consulting.

Mr. Martinez is also Research Affiliate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is a visiting professor at Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University. Additionally, he is Chair of the University of Miami School of Engineering Advisory Board, Chair of the Florida International University School of Computer Science Advisory Board, member of Florida Atlantic University’s Engineering Advisory Board, and is Chairman Emeritus of the Florida Research Consortium Board of Directors.

Mr. Martinez is also a Board Trustee of ASPIRE at LakePoint Sports and a Board member of the Youth Sports of the Americas. These organizations are leaders in advanced and high-tech health, safety, and performance programs for athletes. He is a Board member of the Student ACES organization focusing on academic and athletic leadership development. Mr. Martinez is also a member of the Board of Advisors of the Caridad Center and was a Trustee of the Palm Healthcare Foundation.

Martinez has over 30 patents and technical publications in the areas of: healthcare, Artificial Intelligence, computer architecture, robotics, optical disks and display technology. Martinez is a frequent key note at international conferences and has been featured by the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, ABC News, The Economist, Univision and CNN and has presented at the United Nations.

Mr. Martinez holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami where he was named the Distinguished Alumnae (1998) and a Member of the Tau Beta Pi and Iron Arrow Honor Societies. In 2002 he was awarded the “Engineer of the Year” by the Association of Cuban Engineers, and in 2004 was inducted into the Miami Dade College Hall of Fame. Florida International University bestowed the 2007 Cal Kovens Service Medallion Award on Mr. Martinez. June 22, 2007 was proclaimed “Pete Martinez Day” by the Mayor of the City of Boca Raton, Florida.

During the past 35 years, Keith O’Donnell has established himself as one of the top commercial real estate specialists in the southeast United States. In October 2012, Mr. O’Donnell joined Avison Young, as a Principal, along with 27 former Codina/Flagler Real Estate Services executives and employees. Avison Young has now grown to 8 offices in Florida with approximately 170 brokers and 84 offices in North America and Europe.
Prior to Avison Young, Mr. O’Donnell served as an Executive Development and Marketing Officer for Arvida Development and was Senior Managing Director of Codina/Flagler Real Estate Services for 20 years, where he managed a team of commercial asset specialists whose mission was to design and execute value enhancing real estate activities for national and international clients.
Mr. O’Donnell has been responsible for over $6 billion of transactions during the past 35 years including several notable regional transactions. These transactions include:

Andrea Levine O'Rourke, originally from Boston, MA, has been a Boca Raton resident since 1979. Andrea served as an elected official on the Boca Raton City Council from 2017-2023 and held the position of Deputy Mayor from 2020-2023. She is a graduate from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Andrea's background is in graphic design as well as commercial and residential interior design.

Andrea’s career has been guided by a strong civic commitment through placemaking, public art, culture, education, and community involvement. Along with serving the community on the Federation of Boca Raton Homeowners Association, the Downtown Advisory Committee, and The Boca Raton Museum Community Outreach Advisory, Andrea has run her own Creative Services company, as well as former employment at The HARID Conservatory and the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.

Andrea has been an avid supporter of the arts. Among her many achievements is being the driving force behind creating a Department of Public Art + Place for the City of Boca Raton.

Jon Wainwright is responsible for the construction and development of Crocker assets in the South Florida region.

Wainwright came aboard as the Company was positioning its portfolio to capitalize on an improving economy — upgrading several high-profile, Class A office properties and readying for new office and multi-family development.

Prior to joining the Crocker organization, Mr. Wainwright managed preconstruction and development of a $1.3 billion multi-phased project consisting of a 50 slip mega-yacht marina, two hi-rise towers with both a four- and a five-star hotel, and 221,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. He also managed development and construction for the largest privately held retail developer in South Florida and a national healthcare developer, where he served as Senior Vice President.

Mr. Wainwright received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He currently holds General Contracting licenses in Florida, California, Arizona, and Nevada and has an active Florida real estate license.
