    Featuring a wide selection of treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes, weights and floor exercise space exclusively for our tenants. Locker rooms include showers and campus-supplied towels, allowing you to get in a quick and accessible lunchtime workout.

    Yoga Classes

    Sound body = sound mind. Find your center each week and join Connected Warriors for a yoga class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Every class is free for tenants. Tenants should bring their own mat and towel.

    Hours: Monday at 5:30pm, Wednesday/Friday at 12:00pm

    Conference Center

    Newly renovated and provides tenants with several shared space options to host small meetings, large trainings, company-wide town halls and even holiday parties. The conference center includes: A/V equipment, private catering kitchen, business center and restrooms.

    Marcel Brewer's powered by Carmela's Coffee offers extensive coffee and food options for breakfast, lunch, or daytime meetings. Enjoy the comfortable coffee shop - named after internationally renowned architect Marcel Breuer, who IBM commissioned to design its Boca Raton facility in the early 1960s - or the breezy lakeside patio adjacent to the cafe.

    We are proud to have an accredited day care on campus to offer support to tenants and the community. Boca Raton Preschool is providing childcare for infants to Pre-K children and after school care for elementary school kids.

    2. One free week every 12 weeks, if at least three parents from the same company attend consistently

    Tenant Services Coordinator

    BRiC has a dedicated, full-time Tenant Services Coordinator - Yaritza Luciano - who serves as the liaison between the tenants and the property management team. As the point-of-contact for all tenant requests, she is always seeking ways to improve our tenant's experience.

    It All Started With An Idea...

    Developed in the late 1960’s by IBM as its North American Research and Development facility, Boca Raton Innovation Campus is home to the invention of the first personal computer. The office park has been significantly upgraded from 2005 to present and is touted for its iconic Marcel Breuer architecture. The office park has been significantly upgraded since Crocker Partners acquired the property in 2018.

    A Breuer-Designed IBM Complex Finds New Life as a Floridian Tech Campus

    Acquired by locally headquartered commercial real estate and management firm CP Group in 2018, the complex—at 1.7 million square feet it’s the largest office building in Florida—has been rebranded as the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC) and refitted for multi-tenant use as a 21st-century tech hub, with additional infill and housing intended for the periphery of the site. The aim, as CP Group managing director Angelo Bianco explained to RECORD, is to create an “integrated village.”
