Developed in the late 1960s by IBM as its North American Research and Development facility, Boca Raton Innovation Campus is home to the invention of the first personal computer and other revolutionary inventions. The office park is touted for its iconic Marcel Breuer architecture and innovative infrastructure, including the ability to withstand a Category 5 hurricane. The office park has been transformed since CP Group acquired the property in 2018.
The largest office complex in the state of Florida, BRiC consists of three interconnected facilities located on 123-acres of beautifully maintained land with a lake situated in the center of the property, offering supreme office views and walking paths.
