Fitness Center
Featuring a wide selection of treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes, weights and floor exercise space exclusively for our tenants. Locker rooms include showers and campus-supplied towels, allowing you to get in a quick and accessible lunchtime workout.

Conference Center
Newly renovated and provides tenants with several shared space options to host small meetings, large trainings, company-wide town halls and even holiday parties. The conference center includes: A/V equipment, private catering kitchen, business center and restrooms.
BRiC Ballroom
Our new, state-of-the-art presentation hall boasts 15 ft high ceilings, three drop-down projection screens, and sleek Terrazzo flooring. This space is suited for a wide variety of occasions, spanning from corporate holiday parties and speaker series to weddings and other social gatherings.

Marcel Brewer Coffee Shop
Marcel Brewer's powered by Carmela Coffee offers extensive coffee and food options for breakfast, lunch, or daytime meetings. Enjoy the comfortable coffee shop - named after internationally renowned architect Marcel Breuer, who IBM commissioned to design its Boca Raton facility in the early 1960s - or the breezy lakeside patio adjacent to the cafe.

JAVA Coffee Shop
JAVA coffee shop offers a wide range of coffee options, smoothies, sandwiches and salads, daily lunch specials, and specialty desserts.

BITS Autonomous Grab and Go
Experience seamless shopping at the BITS Autonomous Grab & Go. Check out the diverse selection of frozen lunches, fresh gourmet grab-and-go sandwiches, soups and wraps, and more! Download the BITS app by searching “BITS Marketplace” in your mobile app store or scanning the QR code below.
How it Works:
Download the BITS app, enter payment details, scan your phone at the gate of the store to enter, grab what you need, and head out of the store! Upon exiting, your BITS account will be charged with the items selected.

Art on BRiC Walls Art Exhibits
Experience Art on BRiC Walls, an immersive self-guided tour of art exhibits lining our common area corridors. We proudly showcase local talent sourced from our vibrant art communities, collaborating with Palm Beach County museums, schools, colleges, and art organizations.

On-Site Day Care
We are proud to have an accredited day care on campus to offer support to tenants and the community. Boca Raton Preschool is providing childcare for infants to Pre-K children and after school care for elementary school kids.
Exclusive Tenant Discounts:
1. $100 discount after 12 weeks of consistent attendance
2. One free week every 12 weeks, if at least three parents from the same company attend consistently

Private TriRail Shuttle
Quickly get around campus aboard one of our private shuttles. Servicing 13 stops and adjacent to the Florida Tri-Rail Station, the shuttle is an easy way to get to and from the TriRail from every corner of campus.

Dry Cleaning Services: Enjoy direct-to-suite dry cleaning with free pickup and delivery. Powered by OXXO Cleaners, additional services include shoe repair, alterations, and wash-and-fold.
BRiC Perks Pass: This mobile wallet card gives tenants access to exclusive weekly deals, discounts, and updates on events and amenities across campus. For access, contact brictenantservices@
EV Charging Stations: 18 complimentary surface-level EV charging stations are conveniently available throughout campus, with an additional 24 stations located in the parking garage.

Tenant Experience Coordinator
BRiC has a dedicated, full-time Tenant Experience Coordinator - Danielle Schwigk - who serves as the liaison between the tenants and the property management team. As the point-of-contact for all tenant requests, she is always seeking ways to improve our tenant's experience.

Baptist Health Primary Care Office
Take advantage of our newest amenity at BRiC — the Baptist Health Primary Care office, staffed by a dedicated team of medical professionals from Baptist Health. Conveniently located just around the corner from the fitness center, this on-site primary care office makes it easy to prioritize your health without leaving campus. Whether you’re due for an annual checkup, need a flu shot or vaccine, or aren’t feeling your best, they’re here to help with a full range of services, including sick visits and preventive care. Walk-ins are welcome, or make an appointment using the link below!

It All Started With An Idea...
Developed in the late 1960s by IBM as its North American Research and Development facility, Boca Raton Innovation Campus is home to the invention of the first personal computer and other revolutionary inventions. The office park is touted for its iconic Marcel Breuer architecture and innovative infrastructure, including the ability to withstand a Category 5 hurricane. The office park has been transformed since CP Group acquired the property in 2018.
