Spooky Scribblers Art Competition – A Golden Bell Education Foundation Event
The Spooky Scribblers is what will become the community event of the Halloween Season.
Children ages 5+ are invited to come draw their very own Halloween masterpiece!
Judges will select a winner from each age group, prizes to be announced.
Free to attend; registration required!
